Access to the apartment is through the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. We will be happy to assist you during your stay with anything you may need. A contact phone number will be available from 8:00 PM to help resolve any issues that may arise in the apartment. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to fill out and sign an accommodation document in accordance with regulations. 💶 The management company may request a security deposit, always with prior notice. ✔️ It will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

Flat in a building with lift, located in the heart of the historic city centre. Includes free parking space in a private underground garage, located 7 minutes walk from the accommodation (Calle Cerca de Capuchinos 1). The property is fully equipped and has two exterior bedrooms with balcony and typical Cádiz style windows, a cosy living room, a kitchen with balcony and two bathrooms. It also includes WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for a comfortable stay. We have a cot and high chair (on request), as well as a feeding bowl and bed for your pets. For an even more special experience, we provide free paddle surfing equipment during your stay (subject to availability). 🚭 Smoking is not allowed. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted. ⚠️ Parking space information: The parking area is compact, with limited capacity. Please note that this space is suitable only for compact and mid-sized vehicles due to its reduced dimensions. It is not recommended for large cars or SUVs. For larger vehicles, we suggest exploring alternative parking options nearby. (Parking dimensions: 2 meters in height, 2.22 meters in width, and 4.40 meters in length).

The accommodation is located just a short walk from the emblematic Barrio de la Viña neighbourhood and only 5 minutes' walk from Caleta Beach. In the area you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. To go to the new area of the city, you can take bus number 7 or 2 from Avenida Campo del Sur.
