La Casa Mima is a corner penthouse apartment with an open terrasse overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. It's located only 2 minutes walk away from the supermarket, the clubhouse, the coffee bar and the golf driving range. It features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. The apartment has free wifi and in the living room features a sofa, a dining table and a flat screen TV. The bath room has a shower. Sports facilities available closeby include tennis and padel courts, a basketball and football court and an open-air fitness as well as a children's playground. 2 tennis rackets as well as 2 bicycles are provided, and you are welcome to use them. The sleeping rooms have access to a balcony with views of the golf course and driving range. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a central heating.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is ideally located, less than 20 minutes away from Mar Menor, the Mediterranean Sea and its beaches. It is also conveniently located for shopping in Murcia or the Dos Mares and Zenia Boulevard shopping centres. The resort features a championship 18-hole par 72 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design and is part of the GNK golf circuit. There are more than 15 other golf courses close to the resort. Alicante Airport is one hour away.
