“Die Lage war super, 10 Min. In die Stadt, ein toller Bäcker um die Ecke. Das tollste war die Aussicht. Und Sonne von um 9 bis 16 Uhr. Wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, verbrachten wir die Zeit nur auf dem Balkon. Der Pool war sauber, allerdings...”

What makes this property stand out from the rest, is the panoramic ocean, mountain and town views , Olympic sized swimming pool and gardens and its close proximity to Denia Town, beach, port, shops, bars, banks, restaurants, Club Nautica and transport links, all with in 10 minutes walking distance.
The neighbouring towns and cities of Denia are, Xabia, Altea, Calpe, Benidorm and many more which are all within a 30 minute drive from Denia. there is also a ferry right across from the apartment that can take you to Balearic Island within a 2 hour crossing. There is also a train station and bus station in the town of Denia and the city of Valencia. Alicante are an hours drive away and there are also airports at both cities,
