This 144 m2 tourist home has 3 bedrooms (plus a loft) and capacity for 6 people. WALK THIS TOURIST TOWNHOUSE You will access the house through a garden with a private outdoor garage. Once you cross the door, you will find a spacious and comfortable dining room, tastefully decorated and very bright. On this same floor, you have available a practical toilet and a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. If you go up the stairs to the first floor, you can find the 3 bedrooms (the main one with an en-suite bathroom). All of them decorated with beautiful and bright colors that give vitality to the space. On this floor you also have a large bathroom with a bathtub available. Finally, on the second floor, you find the attic converted into a large office with access to two terraces with views. You should know that the house has air conditioning and all the amenities you will need to make your stay perfect.

Sagunto is the capital of the Camp de Morvedre region, located in the north of the province of Valencia. The city has two main centers: the historic center or Sagunto-City, located at the foot of the ruins of the 2000 years old castle, where Hanibal first use elephants on his way to Rome, and the Roman theater, and Puerto de Sagunto, 5 km from the historic center. Sagunto is a city with history, so you cannot miss visiting it. Walking through its streets is the best thing you can do to discover all its corners and many hikking trails leading to the natural park Sierra Calderona.
