The bright apartment with 2 bedrooms is located in a very well-kept house near Puerto Rico beach, in the south of Gran Canaria, where the bathing season is all year round. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortably equipped including a flat screen TV, WiFi, microwave and washing machine. A safe is available for the storage of valuables. The living room has a balcony where you can sunbathe. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The property area is enclosed and therefore also suitable for children. Thanks to an electronic lock it is also not accessible to strangers. A car parking space in the underground car park can be provided on request, where you can park for example a rental car. Please ask us for availability in the desired period. The house is 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the central bus station and city center. There are many shopping facilities within close proximity as well as a medical ambulance (24 h). Puerto Rico’s sandy beach is on a lagoon with all the advantages that come with it (no currents, no big waves and an above-average water temperature for the island).
