The estate is incredibly green with lots of plants and (fruit) trees. The exclusive villa and the separate casita are located on spacious and beautifully maintained grounds. The huge two story villa has one large family room (sleeps four) with a private balcony, two double bedrooms, a big living room and a seperate dining room, a generous kitchen and 2,5 bathrooms. The unique one-bedroom clock tower casita (sleeps 2-4) is on the same property, but tucked away and with a private outdoor area. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes. The setup with the two houses is perfect for extended families, larger groups, two families traveling together, with enough space to give everyone their privacy.
