‘Eva Recommends’ was born out of a passion turned into a profession. Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Property information

In the historic centre, in the heart of Sanlúcar, the house is surrounded by all the tourist attractions, tapas bars, food markets, monuments and the good atmosphere of the local people. The house is in a wonderful old 18th century building, which was a family winery. It was renovated in 2017, combining the traditional appearance of the building with a modern and minimalist architectural style, to convert it into two unique homes: one house per floor. Our house occupies the ground floor, it is a loft type, with a modern design and very open spaces. It is a cool house, perfect for the summer, as well as being conditioned by both air conditioning and heating. It has capacity for 4 people. It has two double bedrooms: 1.- Master bedroom: with a double bed and a mini studio-style loft with a single sofa bed that is accessed by a ladder like on boats. A large window opens the bedroom to the garden patio. 2.- Second bedroom: Located on the second floor, it has two single beds and is accessed from the living room by going up some stairs. This loft-type bedroom is open to the living room The house has a bathroom with a shower and another toilet outside. The living room is spacious, cozy, with very high ceilings and an integrated kitchen with a separation peninsula. The kitchen is very well equipped. From the living room, through large windows, you can go out to the garden patio, where the pool and a large dining table are located. The outside patio is for private use only for our guests, although it is the access point for both houses. Opening hours: Check-in: from 16:00 h Check-out: before 11:00 h Please note that in case of non-compliance with these times, an additional charge may be applied. Unless previously agreed with Eva Recommends, an unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty.

Neighbourhood information

The ground floor house and the pool are for the exclusive use of the guest and the people registered in the reservation. The stairs leading to the neighbouring house start from our patio. The neighbour on the first floor has a small, well-behaved dog, who does not bark and always enters and leaves the house on a leash accompanied by his owner. The pool is cleaned automatically, but there will be times when we will have to enter the outside areas to tend to and water the plants and take care of the pool. The entrance to the building is through the house's private parking lot, a nice garage for community use for the two houses, from where you can access our house and the one on the upper floor. The garage area has two parking spaces: the one at the back next to the access door to the patio is the one we offer to our guests. The other space does not belong to us. In the common area, there is a small laundry room and a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer shared with the only neighbour on the first floor. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the house and in the interior common areas. SECURITY: Make sure that the garage door, which closes automatically by remote control, is always properly closed. Make conscious use of energy: electricity, water and gas. Remember to TURN OFF the air conditioning/heating when you are not at home. Due to the characteristics of the house itself and the efficiency of the appliances, it is unnecessary to leave them running: HELP with the energy crisis by making sure that EVERYTHING is turned off when you leave and using them when really needed. The tap water is drinkable. House care: On the day of departure, please return the house in the same good condition as when you received it. It is essential not to leave dirty kitchenware uncollected or rubbish inside the house. TRASH: Rubbish is collected at the front door every night. Avoid leaving rubbish behind when you leave. It is PROHIBITED to have parties, disturb others, etc.

❌- No return of keys or lost keys has a cost that will be charged from the deposit of 60€ for each game of keys.
