Our accommodations are for exclusive and individual use by reservation, so that no traveller shares property with other travellers.

Property information

Quiet private rural studio, air-conditioned, ideal for 2 people. Circular canvas pool 3 m diameter x 76 cm high installed on the plot available for use between June and September. Exclusive wifi internet and partially shaded porch with barbecue. Exclusive parking on the studio grounds with its own entrance for tenants. It consists of a spacious room with a double bed and smoke detector, an American-style kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. A space to experience normal life within a typical rural farm in the area, with various trees grown (no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used). Tasting of the recommended fruits and of each season is allowed. *Important: The exterior appearance of the land, like the fruits of the trees, varies depending on the time of year compared to the images in the photos that were taken during the winter. Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory. To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance. **Additional note: the last part of the road to the accommodation is a dirt road. Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys. The deposit will be unlocked or returned after your stay.
