Spacious and bright 170 m2 duplex located in Leioa. It consists on the ground floor of the lobby, dining room with double height, 2 large rooms, one of them with 2 beds of 90 cm wide and the other with a bed of 1.35 cm, 1 bathroom, kitchen and utility room and terrace. On the upper floor there are 2 other bedrooms, both with a 1.80 cm King Size bed, one with a built-in dressing room, bathroom and living room. Air Conditioning, Individual heating, Wifi and two parking spaces in the same building.
Apartment located next to the Medibile Park with large green areas and in which the Txakoli Museum is located, which also has a cafeteria - restaurant The Municipality of Leioa is 10 km from Bilbao and 5 from the Marina and Beaches of Getxo and 5 km from the Suspension Bridge (Historic Monument). It is very well connected via road, subway station and bus. It is a quiet and safe area where you can rest comfortably after enjoying the Basque landscape and cuisine, the Guggenheim, San Juan de Gaztelugatze, etc.
