Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property upon arrival.

Please note that the unit includes free gas/electricity usage up to 28-night stays. For stays more than 28 nights, gas/electricity usage will be charged separately.

Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, only temporary rentals.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM

Rental cots are available for €30 per stay.

Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

到着時に、€ 250の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットはチェックアウト時に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければ現金にて全額返金されます。
