This amazing house counts with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The house has a spectacular garden and pool. Casa Calma accommodates up to 6 persons. The house itself is a perfect place to stay during your vacation thanks to its great location, it is located in a quiet neighborhood of Son Moja. Long breakfasts with the views of the Mediterranean garden, long days by the pool, and evenings with friends and BBQ. All set for you to relax, enjoy and have fun. Do you like chilling on the beach? Reach Cala Santanyí, one of the most beautiful calas, only 3 minutes drive by car from the chalet. If you rather walk, it will take about 15 minutes walking. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub + shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a porch where you can enjoy breakfast/ lunch or dinner with the views of the pool. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. All the double beds can be converted into separate beds. The WiFi and cable/satellite TV are free of charge. And there is also a washing machine.

The property is 5 minutes away from Santanyí, 3 minutes from the nearest beach Cala Santanyí and a few minutes from other beautiful beaches: Cala Llombards, S'amarador, Cala Mondragó, Es Trenc.
