The minimum age to stay in Premium 1 bedroom bungalow with pool access is 18 years.

As of 01/05/2025 the hotel will no longer offer Half Board.

Please note that all guests, including minors, must present a valid official ID upon arrival. The only accepted documents are DNI, NIE, or PASSPORT, in accordance with applicable Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021).

The property reserves the right to request a deposit on arrival of up to 150€ which will be charged by credit card or cash and will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment/room if there has been no damage during your stay (up to 7 days after check out). Only guests listed on the reservation will be admitted at check-in and no external visitors are accepted.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
