Casa Tims is a typical Spanish villa with all the comfort of today. The center of Calpe is within walking distance and there is a view of the sea, the famous Ifach and the mountains on the other side. The casa consists of two floors, of which the bottom floor is rented. This floor is divided into 2 studios for 2 people and 1 apartment with two bedrooms for a total of 4 people, making a total of up to 8 people. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and the rooms have their own entrance with direct access to the spacious and attractive terrace.
