Casa Generoso is an impressive 290 m² residence, strategically located on a hill just outside Navalcán. The accommodation offers panoramic views of the town, the plains of Velada, and the majestic Sierra de Gredos. This property, with its solid construction and white facade, is completely independent and stands on elevated ground, with access to the main entrance via a seven-step staircase that leads to a porch. Its distinctive architectural design includes a front turret and another at the back. The interior of the house is designed to accommodate a total of 13 people, distributed across six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bed layout includes three double beds and seven single beds. A central hallway connects the two wings of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and private flow. The living-dining room is an exceptionally spacious and comfortable area, equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. One of the bathrooms is en suite, integrated into the fifth bedroom. On the outside, the property features an extensive garden with a seating area, ideal for outdoor recreation.
