For many years I have received guests in my house. I've had guests for 20 years.

The house has two completely independent floors. The floor that is rented is the upper floor. Completely exterior very clearly. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large terrace. The living room has two sofas, one of three seats and another of two seats, dining table with six chairs. The living room has direct access to a large terrace completely outside. The terrace has a table and chairs. The house has three bedrooms, two of two beds, and one with a double bed. We have a baby cot and high chair (consult). The kitchen has washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils for cooking, in addition to coffee maker, toaster, juicer, iron, hair dryer, etc. It has two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The house has sheets, towels, cleaning products, gel and shampoo. The house has a garden, with garden furniture to rest and sunbathe. It has a barbecue, with tables and chairs and dining facilities in the barbecue area and garden. It has its own parking area and space to store bicycles, surfboards, etc.

The area where the house is a residential area and very quiet. It has a very important advantage and is the ability to travel on walking to the beach area, urban areas, marina, fishing port, etc. There are supermarkets, market of fresh products (fish, seafood, fruits and vegetables), restaurants, shops, etc., very close to the house. Boats depart daily in the port area (less than ten minutes' walk from the house) to visit Ons Island and the Cies Islands. From where the house is located, within walking distance you can visit places with a special charm and special tourist interest. Some of these places are La Toja, El Grove, San Vicente del Mar, Combarro, Pontevedra, Santiago de Compostela, Portugal, Vigo.
