Property information

El apartamento cuenta con dos amplias terrazas orientadas al este y al oeste que permiten obtener una panorámica completa de la ciudad de Burgos, equipadas ambas con mobiliario para comer y descansar. Se ubica en un tranquilo barrio muy cercano al centro, que cuenta con todo tipo de servicios (tiendas de todo tipo, supermercado, peluquerías, bares, restaurantes..) Nos encontramos en la zona sur-este de la ciudad, muy próximos al río Arlanzón, que constituyó la vega y las huertas de la ciudad, donde se ubicaron diferentes monasterios como el de Santa Clara y Carmelitas, y palacios renacentistas que albergan el Museo de Burgos (700 m. de distancia) y donde encontramos muy próximos paseos y espacios naturales para disfrutar caminando y en bici. El MEH también se encuentra muy próximo, y en 10 minutos andando te encontrarás siguiendo la calle Santa Clara y atravesando el puente de San Pablo en la Plaza del Cid. Llegar en coche es fácil, y la salida de la ciudad también. La estación de autobuses se encuentra cercana y hay paradas de bus urbano debajo de casa.

En la calle Santa Clara encontrarás bodeguillas y bares donde tapear, con muy buen ambiente, además cuentas con tienda donde comprar comida hecha , o restaurantes donde comer o encargar un arroz para llevar a casa.
