This 60 m² holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 people, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a living-dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, vitro, oven and dishwasher). The flat includes linen (sheets and towels), internet, TV and DVD player. What we like most about this flat is its tranquility, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

Guinardó Flat is a charming flat located in Horta-Guinardó. This district, in the northeast of Barcelona, between Gracia and Nou Barris, is surrounded by hills and mountains. It is an area of the city that has maintained its village atmosphere and if you want to live the authentic Barcelona life it is perfect. It is a safe neighbourhood, very familiar and well communicated so you can go to any point of the city by bus or metro. It is 18 minutes by public transport from the emblematic Paseo de Gracia. In the neighbourhood you will find restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, hairdresser and other local shops.
