This amount will be refunded on the day of check-out, once the accommodation has been checked and found to be in good condition, and provided that no smoking occurred in the room and towels were not used to remove makeup or various dyes.

Pets up to 15 kg are allowed upon request and for a supplement of EUR 25 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed. If a pet exceeds the allowed weight, it will not be permitted to stay at the property, and cancellation of the reservation will incur a 100% charge of the reservation value.
