Spectacular newly renovated Duplex Penthouse, located at 150 meters from the beach, first line views of the sea and the mountains, ideal for an idyllic vacation both in summer and on other dates since the apartment has a chimney. The space consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and 2 terraces distributed in 160m2 in total in addition to a covered garage. The accommodation is located in the Almadraba Playa residential complex including a paddle court, common recreation areas for the family, a kid playground and a swimming pool for private use for tenants. Access to the beach is through the urbanization itself, being 2 minutes walk from the beach. The urbanization has all the necessary services having supermarkets, butcheries and fishshops.
