Please note that the holder of the credit card used to make the reservation is required to sign the credit card receipt on arrival. Otherwise, you should send an authorization signed by the card holder along with a valid ID. These documents can be sent by email or by fax before the arrival day.

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please check in at our nearby sister property, The Red Hotel, located at Carrer de Ramon i Cajal 2.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

·If the cardholder cannot be present, no problem — simply send us a signed authorization form and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID. These can easily be sent by email before your arrival.

·For reservations of 4 rooms or more, special conditions may apply.
