Apartamentos Gemelos XII is located 10 minutes’ walk from central Benidorm’s Levante Beach. The apartment complex offers tennis courts and seasonal outdoor pools for children and adults. Each apartment has a furnished terrace with city, pool and garden views. There is a private bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a washing machine. A TV is available for a surcharge. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a short walk of the apartments, as well as Benidorm’s lively discos. Private parking is available for an extra charge, subject to availability, in the building opposite. The complex has a tour desk and an airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge.

Tourism license EGVT-342-A and EGVT 46-A Our reception office is located on the ground floor of Coblanca 15 apartments at Av Europa, 25, so we are always available to solve any questions or problems that customers may have. We have a 24-hour emergency service for problems that arise in our apartments. We can inform about activities and events in Benidorm and surroundings. We offer our clients: - Free tickets to the casino. - We can sell tickets to theme parks (Terra Natura, Acua Natura, Terra Mitica, Acualandia and Mundomar. -Car and bike rental. - Rental of electric scooters for people with reduced mobility. - Transfers to and from the airport or train station. - Confirmation of transfers- - Printing of boarding passes Among many other options.

Private flats in a residential building, the reception is in our office. It is a building with 2 towers, with large swimming pools surrounded by lawns and gardens, it has a tennis court. We have some private parking spaces available (limited number, they are payable and need to be booked). In this building we have several flats at different heights, therefore the one you finally occupy may vary in height, views or furniture with the photos shown, as they are flats of private owners.
