I like to meet people from all over the world. I personally attend my guests to give them direct information about the city they are visiting. It is a closer way to welcome them in Malaga and in their new flat. My goal is that my guests enjoy their stay to the maximum, feel at home and leave with good memories.

Property information

Located in the historic centre of Malaga, 30 metres from Calle Larios, the main street, and 300 metres from the metro, buses and suburban train of the beautiful Alameda. This listed building, built in 1907 by the famous architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan, has been refurbished and preserves all its splendour and elegance of the 19th century bourgeois style of Malaga. In the surrounding area you will find the best shops, boutiques, restaurants and terraces, as well as the most important museums and monuments. The Malagueta beach, the promenade and Muelle 1 (the leisure area of the Port of Malaga) are a 12 minute walk away. Within 2 minutes, the guest will find the Central Market of Atarazanas, with a great variety of fresh daily products, and several supermarkets. For couples with children, there are several playgrounds within 50m with large play areas for them. Our flat has all the comforts for a nice and relaxing stay in our city. Comfortable beds, towels, spacious bathroom with all the essentials, fully equipped kitchen and a living room to enjoy in good company. You don't have to worry about getting up and enjoying a good coffee in your comfortable flat, as if you were at home.

Neighbourhood information

As its name suggests, the flat is located in the historic centre of Malaga. Within walking distance of museums, monuments, the Central Market, Muelle 1, the Soho district, the best shops and a wide range of restaurants. Everything is just outside the door of the building. It is 300 m away: the taxi rank, the metro, buses, the train, the suburban train... This way you can get to the airport, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmádena... It is not necessary to take a car to enjoy our beautiful city.
