Full-equiped kitchen, extra pillows and duvets if you needed them.
I leave some stuff for breakfast for the first day in case you arrrived late or just don't fancy going to buy anything.

The area is really quiet, sure and new. You can find a supermarket nearby and a shopping center very close to the flat.
There are two parks for kids surrounded by gardens.
A nice basketball court is just opossite the building.
Behind the the building you can find a lovely walk by the river which will take you to the old town.
