Property information

Located in the center of the city, 5 minutes' walk from Sant Celoni train station. Direct connection with public transport to Barcelona airport (el Prat) and also to Girona airport. Very quiet and safe area, with shops, restaurants, gyms, banks. The months of October and November are ideal to come and collect mushrooms. 15 minutes by car from the La Roca Outlet center 20 minutes by car from Circuit de Montmelò 30 minutes by car from the center of Barcelona and Girona Bike routes, on foot. Motorcycle routes throughout the districts of Baix Montseny 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Arenys de Mar and 30 minutes from the Costa Brava 90 minutes on the AP07 motorway from the Border with France.

Neighbourhood information

Sant Celoni is a town and municipality at the eastern end of the Vallès Oriental region, in the middle Tordera valley. The town is set up as the capital of the Baix Montseny natural region, populated since ancient times. Historically, it has been a hub with a lot of activity, as shown by its origins of the weekly market, which date back to 1157, or the railway, which arrived there in 1860. Sant Celoni borders the municipalities of Sant Feliu de Buixalleu (north), Riells i Viabrea (north), Gualba (north), Campins (north), Fogars de Montclús (northwest), Fogars de la Selva (northeast), Santa Maria de Palautordera (west), Tordera (southeast) , Sant Iscle and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta (south) and Vallgorguina (south). The city of Sant Celoni is named after the chapel that was built around the 11th century at the foot of the Camí ral. Sant Celoni is the translation of the Latin Sanctum Celedonium and Sancti Celedonii. Through the centuries the name has had many spellings: Sancti Celidonia, Sant Celdonij, Sant Celdoni, Sent Salony, Sanseloni, Sant Celoni.
