The apartment is located on the first floor of a downtown street 3 minutes walk from the beach. The property is a short walk from Town Hall, Church, Casino and the Parque de las Naciones. The water fountain is 5 minutes walk and the Aquopolis waterpark is just 5 minutes drive. There are many shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet building and in excellent condition with one bedroom, bathroom with bath, through lounge with sofa bed, living and dining room, kitchen, iron and iron board, air conditioning and heating, smart TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is fully equipped with bedding, hair dryer, towels and kitchen utensils. It has a nice balcony. No pets allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The shopping streets and the marina are a few meters away. The nearest airport is San Javier (20Km) and Alicante (42 Km). Bus station is 8 minutes walking away.
