Majutuskoht asub Juusa järve ääres kergesti ligipääsetavas, kuid siiski piisavalt eraldatud asukohas Otepäält 6 km kaugusel.
Sportimisvõimaluste poolest tuntud Otepää parimad spordikeskused jäävad alla 10 km kaugusele (Kääriku ja Kekkose matkarada 5 km, Tehvandi 8 km, Väike-Munamägi 8 km).
500 meetri kaugusel asub Otepää-Kääriku kergliiklustee, millele talvel on sobivate ilmade korral sisse pressitud ka suusarajad.
Kohapeal on lisatasu eest võimalik rentida kümblustünn.
