Our company embarked on the construction of Villas Agua Dulce, an exclusive residential complex situated in El Choco, Cabarete, Dominican Republic, in 2009. Founder Christophe Verrue was inspired by the location's serene natural beauty and decided to make it his life's mission. Our properties are strategically located between Sosua and Cabarete, an area where beautiful beaches ideal for swimming and water sports reign.
Sosúa is a city in the province of Puerto Plata, on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. It is known for Sosúa Beach, in a sheltered cove with a coral reef on the coast, tropical fish and colorful plants. The beach separates the neighborhoods of El Batey, which is the center of the place, and the relaxed Los Charamicos, known for its nightlife. The Jewish Museum tells the story of 1940s settlers who fled the Nazi threat in Europe.
Cabarete is a resort town on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Cabarete Bay is protected by a coral reef. The calm waters, along with the windy conditions on Cabarete and Kite beaches, make it a center for water sports. Encuentro Beach, located to the north and along the coast, is known for surfing. The important Main Street has bars around it.
