Welcome to Villa Ryan ! Be ready to indulge in an unforgettable Caribbean getaway at our lavish 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Villa, just a short walk from Playa Ballenas (400m). Lounge by the secluded pool, unwind in the whirlpool, savour outdoor grilling in the lush yard, and revel in the spacious tranquility. Our beautiful Villa can comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Your perfect retreat in Las Terrenas awaits! NOTE1: Guests 7 and 8 incur an additional fee of 19 USD per person, per night. NOTE2: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 DOP per Kw/h (15 Dominican Pesos per Kilowatt/hour). NOTE3: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. Booking .com securely sends credit card detail the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A fee of 4.95% will be applied. This fee is also applied in the event of cancellations. NOTE4: A refundable security deposit of 500USD will be held on the guest's credit card. This will take place 2 days prior to check-in date. NOTE5: A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, electricity consumption will be calculated and can be paid directly in cash to your host upon check-out. We recommend you to have a little bit of Dominican Pesos in cash for your check out.
