This stunning, modern villa is situated on top of a hill just 5 minutes drive from the town center and Punta Poppy beach. With 600m2 of living area this is one of the largest villas in the area. Spectacular panoramic views over the ocean and Las Terrenas countryside. Infinity pool and rooftop jacuzzi (not heated) Daily maid service included. A/C and TV in all rooms Secured residence with surveillance cameras Electricity charged separately. Late night parties not allowed (neighbours).
During your stay the onsite housekeepers will be available to help out and clean the house. I am always available via the message center or phone call.
The house is on the top of a hill inside a gated community. There are no direct neighbours however we ask guests to respect noise levels and refrain from amplified music. Being on the top of a hill the sound travels easily and can upset the nearby permanent residents. The house comes with a single guest garage and extra private parking for 4 cars. The road to the house is quite steep and not lit at nights. Pedestrian access at night time is not recommended. On arrival at the property there are motion detector lights that illuminate the entrances.
