This large holiday home of no less than 487 m2 with hot tub and sauna and an activity room with table football, table tennis and games console is located in nature close to Lübker Golf at Nimtofte. The house is arranged on two levels with a kitchen and utility room, eight bedrooms and a common room of 80 m2. There are three toilets and bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a whirlpool. There are 2 high chairs, 2 cots, 2 dishwashers and 2 grills in the house. There is a DAB radio with Bluetooth, which allows you to play your own music. There is also Boxer TV. The house is built with the very best materials and has an extraordinary location. The house is heated by a pellet boiler. There is an opportunity for the children to play on the grounds. There is outdoor chess and a fire pit. There are plenty of opportunities for peace and quiet as the house is away from noise and traffic. The property is close to Lübker Golf and Djurs Sommerland. A good idea could be to bring your own bicycles, as the house is close to many bike routes. the walls have been painted white in the kitchen and living room, there is a new large bathroom on the 1st floor with two showers and on the ground floor a large 3D cinema with associated popcorn machine. there are 2 Weber charcoal grills and 2 ½ oven, and service for min. 50 people. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
