This well-appointed cottage close to the beach offers 18 m & # 178; swimming pool with slide for the kids. There is also a swimming coach, so all week you can improve your condition with daily swimming combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, which is located in the pool room. In the activity room you can compete in table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis while the rest of the family relaxes in the living room. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and plenty of table space, so you can conjure up delicious meals. There is of course underfloor heating in the bathrooms as well as the rest of the house, which is otherwise heated with geothermal heat. There are TVs in different sections as well as PlayStation4 and DVD player for the kids' enjoyment. There is a sandpit and swings as well as a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) for the children. On the large terrace with patio you can enjoy the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Note! Please note that the photos are model photos. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
