When the sun shines, the house can be opened up to nature, so you can spend those long, warm days seamlessly transitioning between indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the proximity to the water just 250 meters from the house through a protected area. At the beach you can go fishing and sailing, or take a refreshing dip in the sea and walk in the warm breeze along the small paths back to the cottage. Then find a sheltered spot on the terrace and enjoy the slow pace of life in the midst of beautiful nature. On one side of the house is Norsmindevej, which can be busy. Meet Sine We love our lovely year-round home with the sky, sea, raw nature and abundant wildlife right outside the window. We enjoy the view and watching the seasons and moods change from the dark cozy winter where we hibernate, light the fireplace and immerse ourselves before the exuberant summer comes with lots of activity, outdoor life and light. We enjoy the many opportunities to be close to nature with walks and bike rides, swimming, sauna, bonfires and crab fishing in the area. On the harbor near the house there is a fish house and a bistro/gourmet restaurant with delicious menus. With a slightly longer walk or short drive, we can visit the exciting historical museum MOMA or the idyllic Skovm
