This hotel in Hechendorf, family-run for the past 5 decades, is embedded in the Fünf-Seen-Land, above the lovely Pilsensee lake. Munich is only 30 minutes away by S-Bahn train. The traditionally run Hotel Landgasthof Pilsenhof Entenbraterei has been run by the Strunz family for 6 decades. It offers cosy, cottage-style rooms with all modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi internet access. Wake up to a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning throughout the year. Look forward to dining in the rustic Entenbraterei restaurant, where you will be served hearty dishes with a special focus on duck. When the sun is shining, enjoy a drink in the pretty beer garden. The wonderful Fünf Seen Land countryside boasts 5 beautiful lakes, less than an hour's drive from the Bavarian Alps. Go swimming in the lakes and explore monasteries, castles and countless hiking and cycling trails. You are welcome to use the Pilsenhof's free car park throughout your stay. The accommodation can be reached on the S8 line, and is just a 10-minute walk or a short local bus journey from the station. Free charging is available for 220V and 380V electric cars.
