Modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of the Baltic Sea and the cozy marina. The apartment consists of a kitchen / living room with access to the balcony, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with i.a. underfloor heating and double shower / steam bath. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and in the living room as well as a Blu-ray player and music system with CD player, in addition there is a bioethanol fireplace. There is easy access to the apartment via elevator. The local area invites to walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. At the nearby headland, Bottsand, you can choose between textile beach and nudist beach. With the apartment's binoculars you can follow life at sea & # 8211; among other things, the lively ship traffic to and from the Kiel Canal and the beautiful sailboats, which especially in the summer months characterize the picture. And if you live here in Kieler Woche, which is usually in the last whole week of June, you can from your living room and terrace watch the world's largest sailing event. Feel the maritime atmosphere while strolling in the evening on the harbor or enjoy the evening atmosphere from your terrace, if you do not prefer to enjoy the view from the living room, while the flames from the bio fireplace spread cosiness and good holiday atmosphere. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
