The well-designed holiday apartment measures approx. 70m² and is located on the ground floor of the apartment building we live in. It has a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. All the usual electrical devices are available. The furniture offers both sufficient seating and storage space. For toddlers there is both a cot and a high chair. Free internet access is of course available. In the kitchen you will find a lot of cooking utensils as well as a small supply of food such as pasta, muesli, salt, oil, spices or tea. If you have a special request, just tell us, write or give us a call and we will find a solution together!

Schwarzenbach am Wald, the heart of the Franconian Forest, the "green crown of Bavaria", is located directly at the foot of the almost 800 m high Döbraberges, the highest point in the Franconian Forest. Well-signposted paths lead you over gentle hills and plateaus, as well as into deeply cut valleys. Regional and supraregional hiking trails either start or end here at the top of the mountain, or they cross over it. Be a guest on the roof of the Franconian Forest! Pure nature and sports shape Schwarzenbach am Wald. From April to October there are guided Nordic walking tours, street soccer and beach volleyball, that are perfect for young people. Further variety continues with the indoor pool, the sculpture trail and the mountain bike center, which also includes the Bike Fun Trails. Technically demanding, steep climbs and fast descents alternate with flatter passages. The family mountain bike tour with its 12 kilometers is a little quieter. And when there is snow in winter, the Döbraberg ski center offers 44 kilometers of classic or skating-style trails. Fans of alpine skiing will also get their money's worth on the mountain meadow with ski lifts for young and old.
