Nestled in the southern region of the breathtaking Harz Mountains, these detached bungalows are situated on a large plot of land, where a total of three identical houses are located. Located just outside the historic center of the state-recognized "climatic health resort" Neustadt, this tranquil haven offers peace and relaxation. The charming houses, situated right on the edge of the forest, features a wood-burning stove that adds to the cozy ambiance. Take in the wide views of the stunning surroundings from the comfort of your private terrace, furnished with garden furniture. Exciting excursion destinations are abundant, thanks to the spa terrain paths and well-marked cycling and hiking trails with various difficulty levels. A truly special experience for the whole family would be a ride on the Harz narrow-gauge railway to the Brocken or to Wernigerode. The surrounding area also offers a plethora of attractions, such as the Kyffhäuser monument, the Bodetal with witches' dance ground, the Neustadt dam, the Hohenstein castle ruins, the western town of "Pullman City", and the Barbarossa Cave.
