This youth hostel is situated just a 10-minute walk from Stuttgart Main Station and the Königsstraße shopping mile. Jugendherberge Stuttgart has a terrace with panoramic views of central Stuttgart. The simply furnished rooms and dormitories at Jugendherberge Stuttgart International all include a seating area and a private bathroom with shower. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Buffets are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room. Laundry facilities are available, and free lockers and a storage room for luggage are provided. Guests are welcome to play the piano or enjoy a game of pool (billiards) or table football. There is also a TV room, as well as a common lounge on every floor. All guests need to be members of the DJH (German Youth Hostel Association) or Hostelling International (HI). Non-members must purchase the membership card at the hostel upon arrival. The DJH card for German guests costs EUR 7 for guests up to the age of 26, and EUR 22.50 for families or guests aged 27 and above (half price from June onwards) and is valid for the entire calendar year. The HI card for international guests costs EUR 18 and is valid for 1 year.
