The family-friendly non-smoking holiday home with a fireplace and underfloor heating is quietly located on a 1750 sqm plot, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Berzdorf. The house is very quiet in a cul-de-sac. Numerous restaurants and shops can be found in the city center of Görlitz in one of the most beautiful old towns in Germany. Ideal for nature lovers and families. Due to 3 existing workplaces with 50Mbit Internet, it is ideal as a hybrid workplace in a family atmosphere
