The spacious, renovated rooms of the Hotel Hieronimi, which dates back 200 years, provide an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Moselle region. The restaurant serves delicious meals and refreshing drinks, which you can enjoy outside on the river terrace during the warm summer months. The Hieronimi's wine tavern makes an ideal spot for sampling some of the in-house wines from the family's own Fuhrmann-Burg vineyards in Ellenz-Poltersdorf.
