The holiday home features a lush, mature property with a beautiful fenced garden! Guests enter the lovingly renovated house through a bright entrance area. The living-dining area is furnished with a large dining table, TV, and a comfortable seating area and reading chair. A fireplace completes the cozy decor. There are two bedrooms available! One has a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, and the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and an adjoining utility room is also available to our guests, with an additional refrigerator and freezer, as well as plenty of space for groceries. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a wide, walk-in shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine. The garden is located at the rear of the house, with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a lawn. There is also a storage room for bicycles, strollers, or luggage. Please note that during the winter months from October to April, electricity is billed separately. The holiday home features newly installed infrared panels (2024) (night storage heaters have been removed), which are also included in this bill. The infrared heaters are thermostatically controlled and can thus maintain a stable room temperature. A security deposit is required during the winter months, depending on the length of stay.
