Lunch facilities, a playground, train and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, supermarkets are approx. 1 km away and a beautiful beach on the Müritz is just under 2.5 km away. The approx. 45 m², tastefully furnished and centrally heated non-smoking holiday home with separate entrance extends over two floors. The living room (couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove - wood on request) with open mini-kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom (shower, WC) are located on the lower floor. An open staircase leads to the sleeping area (double bed, flat-screen TV, sofa bed - extra bed for 2 persons, small reading corner). Guests also have access to a furnished terrace, a brick barbecue, car park, bicycle storage and WiFi. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property. Cats are not permitted.
