Some of the meat and poultry dishes use products from the chef's own farm and butcher's. Explore the hiking trails such as the Bockpfeil trail that runs around Selbitz, or one of the paths through the Höllental, as far as the Döbraberg. The beautiful landscape also invites you to take a bike ride on the famous Selbitztal cycle trail.
