“Die Lage mit Seeblick, kleiner Binnensee, war sehr gut. Strand, Hafen und Ortsmitte innerhalb von einigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz auf den Wohngelände vorhanden. Liegt an sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße (Sackgasse).”
