The flat has an open living-dining area with dining table and corner bench and chairs. The leather couch invites you to relax and watch TV. The flat is equipped with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, here you will also find the washing machine. A freezer is not available. The bathroom is completely tiled and equipped with a floor-level shower as well as a toilet and a washstand with wall cabinet and base cabinet, as well as a hairdryer. In the upper area of the apartment there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe which leads directly from the open living area over the stairs into the sleeping area. (not separated by a door), you will also find a smaller lockable sleeping area with a wardrobe and two single beds. On the terrace in front of the flat you will find garden chairs and tables as well as a garden umbrella and the grass.

You can reach everything very well by bike, the centre of Hooksiel or the Edeka and the bakery can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The beaches of Hooksiel and Horumersiel are suitable for swimming and sunbathing, and you can also rent beach chairs there. In Hooksiel, in addition to the textile beach, there is also a large naturist area with a kiosk and a sauna trolley. Swimming pools can be found in almost every coastal health resort along the coast, including Hooksiel and Horumersiel.
