On the first floor there is another bedroom for two people. Thereby, the underfloor heating on the first floor provides a pleasant room temperature and security in all rooms. The heart of the house half is the kitchen-living room on the first floor. Here you can enjoy social gatherings while cooking and relax in a wing chair in front of the fireplace with a good book. For exploration tours you can use the house's own Dutch bikes, with which you can reach the nearby city of Emden or the sea. Meet Wiebke We, Wiebke and Manfred, have been at home in East Frisia for 15 years. Enthusiastic about architectural monuments, we live with our three children in a former poorhouse. This vacation home has a long history: it was an East Frisian gulf farm and later a bakery. During the renovation we restored it to its original condition of 1803. Today it houses two charming vacation apartments.
