It is very quiet and close to nature, yet within 700 m there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, beverage market, restaurant and indoor swimming pool. Schloss Seehof with its park and lakes is 10 min walk away. The rooms are all free of thresholds and spacious with extra wide doors, living and dining room, about 40 square meters, with a sofa bed 120x215 m, the two bedrooms, each about 20 square meters, with a box spring bed 180x200 m and TV, each with its own bathroom, about 12 and 13 square meters, and very large barrier-free showers (one of them additionally with bathtub). The kitchen includes all major appliances, such as stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator , freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. . Towels and bed linen are included and are changed 1x per week. Of course there is also a washing machine. In the beautiful garden with large, fully furnished terrace (partly covered) you can relax your eventful day. Enjoy the Franconian hospitality with the world-famous Rauchbier or a delicious meal in one of the many small breweries with their own beer cellar, as we call the beer gardens. Countless cycling and hiking trails with many sights invite you to discover.
