This large apartment with balcony is located on the upper floor of the owner's house and a small apartment DZV440 has a furnished sitting area in front of the door and is located on the ground floor of an outbuilding. The approx. 60 square metre apartment has a large living room (upholstered sofa, flat screen TV, radio/CD player, WLAN; limited), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and TV, 1 x two single beds), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (bath, WC, shower) and a furnished balcony.
