Villa 'Architect's House with Pool and Sauna by the Forest' My self-built, custom-designed architect's house from 2019 is an ideal retreat, especially for families with children. The property is located directly by the forest and features a private pool, barbecue area, outdoor sauna, sandpit, bicycles, and a private playground. With 172 square meters of living space across five rooms, there is much to discover. The outdoor area spans 1,100 square meters and offers direct access to the forest, with no roads nearby—pure nature. Children can play freely, and animals can roam safely. Please note the following before booking: 1. The outdoor area is monitored by video. 2. Loud parties or events are not permitted. The property is not suitable for fitters. 3. The house has four bedrooms, two of which are children's rooms equipped with bunk beds. Please contact us if you plan to book for more than six adults. 4. Please review the house rules before arrival. After booking, I will provide you with the necessary documents. 5. The house is located near the forest and is allergy-friendly with a central ventilation system. 6. Complete blackout is only possible in the bedrooms. 7. The staircase to the upper floor does not have a railing but is secured with child safety rails. 8. There are personal belongings of my children and myself in the house. It is not just a vacation rental, so it offers versatile and high-quality equipment. 9. The utility room and the garden shed behind the house are not part of the rental property, as they must remain accessible for maintenance. 10. Dogs are welcome on the first floor and in the garden. 11. Charging electric vehicles, using the sauna, and renting (electric) bicycles are available for an extra fee. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
