The owner lives with her dog in the main part of the flat. The dog has no access to your part of the flat or the garden used by you. Pets are not allowed in the holiday flat to protect people with allergies to animal hair. It is a holiday flat that is part of the main flat of the house with approx. 350m² of living space. The passages to the main part of the flat, where the owner lives, are temporarily closed off during your stay. The owner also uses a side entrance during your stay, the access to which leads past the entrance to the guests' flat. The holiday flat is also used privately during the times that are not rented out; accordingly, individual cupboards are marked as private and cannot be used by guests. The holiday home is rented out in the name and for the account of the owner by the professional holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. Thus, guests enjoy a professional service in a wonderful private ambience with a lot of charm within the legal requirements of the city of Munich for holiday flats. The rental price includes 7% VAT.

And the walk to Westpark around the corner is definitely worthwhile! The house is open to children of all ages and offers numerous play opportunities, especially the playhouse in the garden. But please keep an eye on your children, the playhouse can be climbed on and there is a certain risk of accidents. Please always supervise your children. For security reasons, the entrance is already monitored by a video camera. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Parties are not permitted. Of course, you can hold family gatherings with up to 15 people (sufficient crockery is available). Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we clean the apartment and change the bed linen every 7-10 days for a final cleaning charge of 249 euros.
