Overview: The villa itself is a beautiful, spacious five bedroom property with south-facing garden, 10x5m private pool and fantastic sea views. Bedrooms: two double rooms and three twin rooms. Full Description: Villa Calantha is a beautiful, spacious, modern five bedroom villa in a wonderful location on the Resort; perched at the top of the western plateau, south-facing, within walking distance of the Resort village centre and facilities. The gardens benefit from all day sunshine, and the villa offers lovely views of the Mediterranean sea. Within the spacious garden there is a 10x5m private pool, dining table, sunbeds, outdoor BBQ area with gas BBQ. The garden is on one level, great for kids. The villa is spread over 3 floors with a vaulted ceiling, with a wonderful light and spacious feel to the ground floor which features the modern living area, seperate kitchen (which is very well equipped, and with Nespresso coffee maker), and dining area. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable leather corner sofa and opens out to the large patio, overlooking the poolside terrace. There is a large screen TV with comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option. The bedrooms are modern and spacious; two are doubles and three are twins (two of which can be made up as doubles if required). There are 4 modern bathrooms between the five rooms. All rooms are en suite apart from the double and twin that are located on the mezzanine level, which share a bathroom. Villa Calantha is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year around comfort, offering reliable wireless internet throughout the property. Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
